Outlook 2003 Not Auto Send/Receive

I have an outlook 2003 client and he is not sending/receiving as I have set
it up. When I create an email it sits in the Outbox until I hit the
Send/Receive button. It also will not do a Send/Receive every 5 minutes like
I setup in the Tools/Options/MailSetup/SendReceive section. I can't figure
it out. This Outlook client is a direct connect to an internal Exchange 2003
server. Any clues?

Thanks!

With Exchange, in general, the server controls the send/receive. ONe
usually does not poll the mailbox from the client.

Where do I find that setting in the E2K box? I have 10 outlook clients on
the E2K box and this is the only one doing this.

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup. microsoft.public.exchange.admin seems likely.
