Outlook 2003 no longer displays images that are inserted into e-ma

Outlook 2003 no longer displays images that are inserted into e-mails, such
as, the NetFlix image that is displayed when you are notified that the movie
is being sent to you or has been received by Netflix, html images, etc. on
one of my PCs.

Settings:

The settings are identical in each PC. The settings that are identical are
shown below:
Junk e-mail
E-mail Options and Advanced E-mail Options
Send-Receive Settings - All Accounts
Mail Format
The e-mail account settings are exactly the same. They are identical.

Adding the sender to the Safe Senders list does not result in images being
displayed in e-mails.

Internet Explorer 6 will no longer load. It displays the error message. “
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience.†Why Internet Explorer 6 no longer load to what
caused it to stop loading is unknown to me.

Since Internet Explorer crashed Outlook has been unable to display images in
E-mails

I have uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled Office 2003.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer 6 and the problem still
exists.

A would deeply appreciate any suggestions any members of this newsgroup
might have,

What are the values in the registers? Can thhye be fixed to sovle the problme.
