I customized my Outlook 2003 menu bar by dragging Newsgroups to GO and it
worked. Unfortunately, I accidentally dragged it off and when I went back to
Customize, Newsgroups wasn't there as a choice anymore under GO. How do I
get it back?

Outlook isn't a newsreader it uses Outlook Express for this. Set OE as the
default newsreader in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs and
you should be able to add the News button again.
