Outlook 2003 missing 'SEND USING' button?

Kremlar

Trying to migrate from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. Our users have
multiple POP accounts
that they can send from.

In the past, with Outlook 2000, I manually added the SEND USING button to
their toolbar
and removed the SEND button. This forced them to choose an account before
sending, which
I preferred.

However, with Outlook 2003, there doesn't seem to be a SEND USING button to
add to the
toolbar. It's just not on the list of buttons when I choose to customize my
toolbar.

Can anyone tell me where this went?

If it was removed, was it removed for any good reason?

Thanks!

You can use the Accounts drop down to choose a sending account. However,
you'll still need to click the Send button separately.

Thanks for the reply...

I know it sounds silly, but I much preferred the SEND USING button.

A lot of our users would accidentally send a new email through the incorrect
account by
forgetting to hit the ACCOUNT button, which is what I need to avoid.

Is the SEND USING removed from Outlook 2003? If so, any idea why?
