Outlook 2003 - missing Message ID

Hi,
I use Outlook 2003 - a friend tells me that Outlook 2003 did not
create a own message ID on use to POP3 / SMTP.
Spamassassin:
* 0.4 -- 'Message-Id' was added by a relay (2)
Gives an registry key to enable this feature?

there isn't an outlook setting that I'm aware of, you'll need to check with
spamassissan for an update. They've known about the problem for months and
their filters should be corrected by now.
