Hi,
SpamAssassin means mails from Outlook 2003 are spam.
This is a known bug, but have anyone a solution.
What means Microsoft? What means the SpamAssassin development team?

This wrote me a friend:
message-id's should be created by the MUA. it's suppressed by spammers
to prevent traces to the system that has sent out the mail.
so this test and score is valid
* 0.6 -- Message looks like Outlook, but isn't
* 3.5 -- Forged mail pretending to be from MS Outlook
and this is the biggest part.

Upgrade to the latest SpamAssassin which knows Outlook 2003 headers.

I don't think that is correct (if I'm understanding your question). I run
SpamAssassin and receive emails sent from Outlook 2003 all the time. There
must be something else going on.
