Outlook 2003 - Messages from one mailing list (in html) showing as text

We are using Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003

3 users here get messages from a mailing list. 2 of them, properly show
them as html messages.

The third, shows the messages as text, complete with the mime breaks, and
html tags in brackets.

Nothing I do fixes this problem, and the setting for showing all messages as
text is OFF.

Funny thing is, other mailing lists sent to this user, show as HTML
correctly.

All 3 users were set up from a ghost image of w2k/ol2003, so the systems are
identical.

Any ideas what I missed?
