Outlook 2003 lost my macros

For some reason, my macros are no longer showing up in Outlook 2003. I
have no clue as to what's going on.

I still have the VbaProject.OTM file in my "Documents and
Settings\Walter\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" folder, if that
matters -- I can't figure out any way to make Outlook aware of it.

Anyone got any ideas?

Sounds like your project file might be corrupt. It's been known to happen. I
know of no way to recover it once it reaches that state. (I've lost several
files.) That's why I always use File | Export to back up individual modules.
