Outlook 2003 "lost" emails

I have a user who accidently set his mailbox to receive emails to a personal
folder. i deleted his profile and set him up again. however, the emails he
was receiving to the personal folder i cant seem to find now. can anyone give
me any ideas?
 
When you deleted his profile, do you mean his Outlook profile or did you
delete his NT profile?
 
Did you add the PST file to his recreated Outlook profile? Use the mail
applet in the control panel to add it.
 
Or use File > Open and browse to it. Where it's located will depend upon the
O/S that's installed.
 
his laptop is running xp sp2. i will go to the mail applet in control panel
and add it. my IT manager told me they were gone for good but i didnt see how
that would be possible without being deleted. thanks for all of your help.
