Outlook 2003 launches window installer at startup

Hi,

I sync a Compaq iPAQ with my laptop. ActiveSync was
proving temperamental so I uninstalled. However, when I
next started up Outlook 2003, the Windows Installer
started up. Any suggestions/advice?

Does it stop appearing if you let it run?
