Outlook 2003 keeps telling me to input Network Password

I just purchased a new Media Center PC and tried to setup my POP3 mail in
the Trail version of Office Standard 2003. It keeps asking me to input my
Network Password and even if I check the save box it just keeps prompting me
and will not retrieve my mail. The error says something like ERR-Cannot
Re-Authenticate--login rejected by server.

How do I fix this? I believe I have loaded all applicable updates?
 
I found the problem. Sorry I did not check out my ISP first. My ISP has my
email account screwed up. Even though they are suppose to have 24 hour
support I have to wait until 8:00 AM & call back so it can be reset on their
servers.

I wish there was another email provider available in my area--unfortunately,
they are the only one!
