Outlook 2003 keeps asking for user credentials

Hi,

Client = XP SP2 with Office 2003 SP2
Server = Windows 2003 SBS SP1

Hi we have a user who changed their password the other day and now Outlook
keeps asking for login credentials everytime it is opened. We have tried
resetting their password again, recreating their outlook profile and removing
the computer from the domain and re-adding. Also if we reset their password
in AD it works for a couple of hours and then starts asking for user
credentials again??

Can you please help?

Hi,

I tired this but it didn't make any difference. We're using an exchange 2003
SBS server too.

Any other suggestions?
