Hello,

Whenever my boss sends an e-mail to a specific user in our organization, the
message is being placed in the Junk E-mail folder. I have tried everything I
can think of and cannot get this to stop. I even turned off the filtering on
the mailbox through OWA.

My boss will copy me on the message and it goes to my inbox but to the other
user's junk mail. We are all in the same domain and on the same mail server.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike H.

I have this same problem. Exchange 2003 and two users turned on Junk email
filtering in Outlook 2003.

Even though none are running in Outlook Cached mode, the filtering worked,
and now I can't turn it off. Even if I get the two users to log onto a PC
they've never used before, and run Outlook in non-cached mode, filtering
still occurs with internal email.

Does filtering change anything on the Exchange server for the affected
mailboxes?
