Outlook 2003 installation questions

I have the followinf needs during my outlook 2003 installation and I am
running into a brick wall trying to do these. Any help in getting these
accomplished is greatly appreciated.

1. I am trying to get the default installation of Outlook 2003 to have the
reading pane off. I have read this is not possible and I can not find any way
to do this. Can this be accomplished with an Outlook Add-In? Or is there any
other way to accomplish this.

2. I am migrating users from groupwise and am using a tool to convert old
groupwise mailboxes to PST files per user. After the outlook installation I
would like to automatically move the users PST to the default location and
have the file automatically added to the Outlook 2003 mail pane to be visible
to the user for use.

3. After the migration the contacts from the groupwise client show up in
Outlook but not always mail enabled. Is there a script or way to validate all
contacts are mail enabled so the users do not have to mail enable the
contacts manually.

Thank you for any and all help.

1) No, and no.

2) Assuming you know the name of the .pst file, you can do this with a ..prf file.

3) Not sure what you mean by mail enabled.
