Outlook 2003-insert file menu will not respond

When I want to send attachment now, the drop down menu "insert file" will not
respond when I click on the file I want to send. It won't do anything, I
have to end the session.
 
This is a known problem related to secuity update MS06-015.
You are also experiencing troble within Windows Explorer with your directory
tree...and it all relates to a conflict with the new security patch.
There is a resolution.
