outlook 2003 in system tray

Hi i have posted the question a second time because the frist one has gone
missing

My question is after running Outlook 2003 the icon in the system tray
sometime goes away and sometimes it just stays there but what ever it does
outlook is still lrunning in the background and is locked to the PST file.

I have tried some of the ideas in this forum but nothing seem to work so has
anybody got any more ideas please.
