Can anyone tell me how to access the import and export email, contacts etc.
wizard in Outlook 2003? I did a full Office 2003 install but this wizard
doesn't show up in the file menu! Thanks.

Try resetting the menu with View | Toolbars | Customize.

Why do you want to export or import? If you're transferring data from
Outlook to Outlook, do NOT import or export.

Hi,

I want to merge my contacts folder on one PC with the one on my other
PC. Don't know why but even after a full Office 2003 reinstall the
import/export wizard on my new PC doesn't show in the Outlook file
menu. Never come across this before! Help.....!

PC.

No reason at all for import and export. With Outlook closed on both PCs,
copy the PST on one PC to the other PC (using a network connection, a burned
CD, or any other method - you can even make a copy of it on the first PC and
mail it to yourself on the second, but a sizable PST may take a while to
send). On the second PC, copy it to any folder (but don't overwrite any
existing PST), make sure the read-only attribute is off, and start Outlook.
Open the copied PST with FIle>Open>Outlook Data File and you'll have access
to all the data it contains.
