export wizard not showing

I have access 2003 and when I do a File/Export.... the export wizard is not
coming up.

I'm trying to make an import specification.

My guess is that I installed the access2007 runtime on this computer and it
messed up Access 2003 a little???

Note: The export file does get created but the wizard just doesn't pop up
during the process.

I didn't get an answer from this newsgroup so I continued trying to find an
answer on the web, finally I came across the answer which was to reregister
accwiz.dll which worked.

I'm assuming that installing the Access2007 runtime unregisters the office11
version of this dll and registers the office12 version?

If anyone from Microsoft reads this newsgroup it would be great if you make
the runtime so it doesn't interfere with existing operations of any
programs. The whole idea being that you can distribute the runtime version
of your program to others and it won't mess up the computer it is installed
in in any way.
Currently it makes it so when switching between access 2003 and runtime 2007
you get the install/config window every time and the import/export wizard is
messed up.
