Outlook 2003 'Import and Export' missing from Files menu

I recently upgraded to MS Office 2003 (from 2000) running on Widows XP SP2.

Outlook 2003 choked because my existing pst file was over 2 GB. I then
divided the PST by opening in Outlook 200 on another PC, and archiving some
messages.

I set up a new Unicode pst file in Outlook 2003 to overcome the 2 GB limit.
I imported my old PST files, but unfortunately created a mess of duplicated
and overlapping folders.

To clean up that mess, I created a new profile and I now want to import my
messages from the old PST files.

However, I now find that the 'Import and Export' option is gone from my File
menu. It's not dimmed; it's gone! It was there before I set up the new
profile (which seems to be working fine in every other respect).

How do I restore the 'Import and Export' option ?

Thanks in anticipation.

PS
I tried using Alt, F, T to see if the command was hidden, but this did not
work.

By now you should realize that Importing is not the correct way to transfer
Outlook Data. Just look at the trouble you've caused already. Next time just
open the PST file.
Try Detect and Repair. If that doesn't work, reset your toolbar by renaming
outcmd.dat (with Outlook closed), then restarting Outlook.

Did you try resetting the menu bar with View | Toolbars | Customize?
