Outlook 2003 - I have a huge file in Outbox. I want to delete it

.... it won't delete. Keeps trying to send, but it is huge and I know the
recipient can't receive it and I don't want to send it anymore. How do I
stop it or delete it? I've tried deleting, I've tried closing down and
restarting outlook and even rebooting the computer. It's holding up all of
my projects the entire day. When will it go away????
