Outlook 2003 HTML account setup fails after apparent successful se

Stored messages at two HTML accounts appear at Outlook immediate after setup.
Subsequent test message sent to HTML accounts appear at appropriate Webmail
sites but not at Outlook. Does my Outlook 2003 application need a software
update to handle HTML accounts?

The only HTML accounts Outlook can utilize ate MSN and Hotmail accounts.
