Outlook 2003 - How do you update the Junk Filter ?

On the MS website it says updates will be available for this but in what
form will this come ? Will it be an .exe download or is there an update
button within Outlook ?

All valid Microsoft updates are available on the Update website. Whenever
Microsoft issues this update, it will be there.

can be downloaded and installed automatically by using the Help-> Check for
