I really don't even know how to word this one. Sometimes I just get the
oddest questions and I can't even figure out how to word it in order to
look for a solution on Google Groups.
I have a client who has just been set up with Outlook 2003. We're
slowly working through all the kinks of him getting used to it. This is
one I can't figure out.
Here's kind of a step by step of what he does:
1. He goes into (for example) the deleted items.
2. He goes say, a month and a half old down the list, and highlights a
message.
3. Then he goes back to (for example) his Inbox to look at something
4. Then when he goes back to the Deleted items, it is still
highlighting the message from a month and a half ago.
He wants it to go back to the first message in the list based on the
sort order (rather than remembering where he was), says that Outlook
2000 did it that way.
Does anybody know where I can set this? Is there even a setting for
this?
Many Thanks.
