Is there a way to send an email in Outlook 2003 so that the recipient does
not see the senders email address?

Why would you want to do that?

Just wanted to send a comment to a site, but don't want all the junk mail.
Everytime i sign up for or comment on something i end up getting more and
more junk mail. It was just a thought.
Thanks!

Modify your account to include a bogus sender address.

I want to do this because I will put a different reply to email address via
the account settings and it will confuse people. So I want the From field to
: Jenny Linklater NOT Jenny Linklate [[email protected]] as the return
to address will be my university.

You cannot send a message in Outlook without a validly formated mail address
in the account settings. You should be able, however, to specify a
non-replyable, dummy address.

By the way, I hope that wasn't a real address you posted. You may be sorry
if it was.
