Outlook 2003 Hangs When Viewing HTML Emails..

My outlook hangs when viewing HTML emails, but it is alright with any
tex-based emails. How do I fix this?

What is your Outlook build bumber? Help-> About
What is your version of Internet Explorer?
What error do you get? What is being logged to the Event Viewer?
Does it hang when reading in the Reading Pane or opening the message?
Do you have the same results when you start Outlook in safe mode? Start->
Run; outlook.exe /safe

Sorry about that, I thought it was a more common error that has been seen
witha simple fix.

Outlook Version - Outlook 2003 (.11.8010.8107) SP2

IE Version - 7.0.5730.11

There is no error or event viewer error.

This happens immediately as I highlight an HTML message and view it in the
Reading Pane. I do not have time to double-click and open the message.

I have the same results in safe mode, but it seems that there isn't a
Reading Pane, so I have to double-click and open the HTML messages for it to
freeze up.

This hanging lasts for about 20 seconds every time.

I can manage to lower Outlook and surf the internet or do something else
while I encounter this freezing, so it doesn't lock up my whole computer.
