Outlook 2003 hangs on migrating settings

Hello,

I have just updated a pc from office 2000 to office 2003 and all the modules
work now except for outlook 2003. when you click on it to open it, it just
hangs on the migrating settings screen. I tried logging in another profile
(mine) and it does the same thing. I've tried the detect and repair thing
and also uninstalling just the outlook portion of outlook and reinstalling it
but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help,

Assuming you mean OL profile, have you tried using the mail applet, in the
control panel to create a new profile?
