Outlook 2003 grayed out buttons

We have a few comouters on my network they all are running Outlook 2003, have
been for a few months now. All of a sudden one of my users cant send or reply
to emails because his new,reply,and some of his other buttons are grayed out.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this.
 
Check and make sure his e-mail account is working properly -- if Outlook
doesn't think he has a valid e-mail account, he won't have any e-mail
functions.

His Email works on terminal server, and if i log into another computer as him
i can also check is email. For some reason when i try to activate outlook i
get nothing.
 
You can try removing and re-adding the e-mail account to his profile, or just
create a new profile altogether, and see if that helps.
