I need to deploy a GPO which will empty user's deleted item's bin upon exit.
This is a part of our email retention policy.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I need to configure the GPO which will force empty deleted item bin upon exit.
Where can i find that setting in Group Policy?

In the same location as in the Outlook interface-> Tools | Options-> Other

Yes. I found it.
Wondering why i didnt see that before and why no one really posted anywhere
online...

Thanks!

Hi,
I just tried to deploy the GPO on my test account. The result is it only
prompts the user an option to delete.

Am I able to just force the "deletion" and skip the option? We dont want to
give user the option to say NO and not empty the deleted item bin.

That requires an Exchange retention setting and not a client side option.
