Outlook 2003 Global Address List

I created a new user today on our network. Everyone that is running Outlook
2000 see the user name in the Global Address List, but those employees who
have Outlook 2003 do not see the name. Any reason why that would be?
 
They are running a cached mode exchange profile. Outlook 2003 users will
see that update in 24-48 hours. (Exchange has to rebuild the offline
address book and then Outlook 2003 has to download the update. By default,
Exchange rebuilds the offline address book once a day at 4 or 5 in the
morning. Outlook 2003 only updates its offline address book once a day.)
