when I look at the Navigation Pane in my Outlook folder list, I have what
appears to be a duplicate of my Personal file structure.I also have an
Archive folder visable.

I only have one account set up on my single user computer.

Is the second Personal folder necessary? If not, how do I delete it.
Right-clicking on it does not include "Delete" in the drop-down box.

You may have corrupted your profile. Try creating a new one under Control
Panel-Mail Icon-Show Profiles-New.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
