Outlook 2003 features

1. Does Outlook 2003 permit a Project-like use of Tasks
(e.g., does it permit sub tasks) like Microsoft Schedule
Plus?

2. Does Outlook 2003 have a Gantt chart feature?

No on both counts...but you might want to poke around www.slipstick.com and
see if there are any 3rd party addins that would add this functionality.
