Outlook 2003 "Favorite Folders"

In the upper left corner of Outlook 2003 there is a "Favorite Folder" box
whitch contains folders.

How does one edit these folders (remove.)

Right click and remove, it is under the search folders. If you do not want
any just choose folder list insetead of mail
