Outlook 2003 + Exchange 2003 Resource calendars

Hi,

Has someone else had a problem using these resource calendars using
Outlook 2003 client. Users are unable to book these calendars
occasionally. They just get message that "Unable to display...." or
"Unable to book...." This problem is solved when starting Outlook using
command:

outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to get rid of this
annoying problem?

Outlook clients (and server) on latest service pack?
Are the clients working in cached mode?
Exchange Server has sufficient capacity?
Are the clients workstations underpowered - CPU, RAM, connectivity?
Network infrastructure sufficient?

I have seen the same in small offices with underwhelming hardware. I don't
have a quick fix or anything though, other than to ensure that your network
is not providing good connectivity to Exchange.
