Outlook 2003 error

In exchange 2003 when i try to unload or send new messages i get the
message: Error Message: The Messaging Interface Has
Returned an Unknown Error.
I don't have access to outlook configuration because it doesn't react to my
clicks.
I don't have *.pst nor offline files.
I've tried to repair, uninstall and install the application and it doesn't
seem to work.
Is there a fix for this?
