Outlook 2003 error

Hello -

We are using a 3rd party fax service that is integrated with OL 2003. When
we try to open the Fax1.TIF file attachment we get this error:

Can't create file: Fax1.TIF. Right-click the folder that you want to create
the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder.

This error occurs only on one workstation. This error started just a few
days ago. A System Restore failed and a repair of OL 2003 did not fix the
issue.

Any ideas?
