Outlook 2003 Error after Server 2003 Upgrade

Upgraded Exchange 2000 to 2003 and Office XP to Office
2003. Outlook 2003 worked fine. Upgraded server from 2000
to 2003. Now Outlook 2003 will not open. Returns error
that it cannot open folders. Appears to be a rights issue.
Outlook 2002 on another machine opens fine. After
upgrading that machine to Outlook 2003, same error occurs.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall of Office 2003 and reinstall of Office XP
resolves the problem. If Office 2003 is reinstalled,
problem returns.
