Outlook 2003 error 503 No recipient(s).

When trying to reply to an email the receipent was not recoginzed. After
that one was rejected none of the autofill or group addressess would work,
individual addresses had to be typed in. And even when we typed in the email
address that started the problem, it still ould not go to that address

any suggestions???
