Outlook 2003 emailing MPEG 10+ Mb

How can I send my mpeg or AVI video through any e-mail server that have a
limit sending message or attachment size if I have more than 10Mb of
attachment? How can I break or compress my mpeg video, so it can fit the
attachment of 10 MB or less depending the email servers.

Do anyone know a program that can compress mpeg or AVI??? The winzip and
winrar did not help me much. I need to compress it more.

Winrar offers the facility to break files up into smaller pieces to be
assembled at the other end, so it can help you if you actually look at what
it does properly.

Compression isn't magic. It can't do the impossible. Some file types
compress better than others due to their structure and content. Video is a
format that doesn't compress very well - you might achieve some results with
a video codec that has good compression characteristics, but this will be at
the expense of some image quality.

You can compress and break up files as much as you like, but sending very
large files via email is NEVER going to be a good idea. Email systems are
designed to transfer text, not data. When data is encoded to be transferred
via email, the size of the encoded file can be pretty much near to double
its original size, which will undo any hard work and success you have
compressing the file in the first place.

User mailboxes typically have a limit to their size overall, as well as a
limit to the size of individual messages. If my mailbox has a 30mb size
limit and you send me a 35mb video broken up into 5mb chunks then i'm not
going to receive your video properly AND you're going to put my mailbox out
of comission, annoying me greatly and still not actually delivering the
video... can't you put it on a website or FTP site instead?

From their privacy policy:

Does that mean that "affiliated" companies get to spam you to death? I
wonder how this service pays for itself.

You ask somewhere else, like a group with OUTLOOK in the title.

Since XP is an OS and doesn't have the ability to send/recieve mail,
your question is off topic here.

Further, this limit is imposed by your mail server, not the mail
program. Talk to them, or find another ISP or mail service.
