If you are blind or stupid, so am I. We just installed Outlook 2003 and I can't find anything other than the little envelope 30 second pop-up under tools. There must be something that stays on the desktop and doesn't only appear in a disappearing tool bar. HELP
No, that is the 2003 replacement for that annoying message box that appears
and interferes with anything else you are doing at the time.
