Outlook 2003 doesn't reload

When I turn on my computer, and go to Outlook checking
for new Email, it works fine, finish with my Email, and
then close Outlook. If I try again to open it up, it does
not respond. I have been using an office Tool
(Application Recovery) in order to stop running Outlook,
so I can open it again. Also, since Word is the Email
composer, that is also running when I open the
Application Recovery tool.
It is annoying to do that everytime I need to open
Outlook.
Could anybody tell me waht to do?

You probably have a 3rd party Outlook (or Word) addin that isn't behaving
well with the new software. One that I know that causes Outlook problems is
WinFax. The only thing you can do is disable the integration since Symantec
no longer supports this product.
