Outlook 2003 does not close properly. Have to log-off and log-on.

Outlook 2003 does not close properly. I cannot stop "Server" and have to log
off and log-on and/or restart computer.

Is there a way to report this BUG to Microsoft?
 
What 3rd party applications do you have installed? (Things like WinFax,
ActiveSync, ICQ, .etc can keep Outlook 2003 resident. Find that 3rd party
tool and you will see that Outlook 2003 will exit gracefully.)
