Outlook 2003 Delete Item setting

Attended an Outlook 2003 training class. Anyway the
instructor claims that you can reclaim deleted items per
default setting of 3 days. She claimed in Outlook 2000
the default was 7 days. I never heard of this before does
anyone know where this setting could be?

This is actually a function of the Exchange Server (if you're using one)
rather than Outlook. Outlook has nothing to do with this setting.
