I posted this at another Outlook group but hope that someone here can
offer help:
I am supporting a user who cannot access the delegate permissions
anymore (e.g. allowing user to view calendar)
List and dropdowns under Tools/Options/Delegates are all grayed out
Also, right-click on Calendar, select properties, choose permissions,
and you receive a message: "some permission could not be displayed. The
Client operation failed"
this is not a new install
All correct add-ins are displayed
She is operating on a Citrix Server, but I can access her mailbox via a
PC install of OUtlook and it is the same
can anyone offer suggestions?
I support 150 clients and this is an anomaly
