Outlook 2003: Delegate Permissions suddenly GRAYED OUt

hope someone can help
I am supporting a user who cannot access the delegate permissions anymore
List under Tools/Options/Delegates are all grayed out
this is not a new install
She is operating on a Citrix Server, but I access her mailbox via a PC
install of OUtlook and it is the same

can anyone offer suggestions?
I support 150 clients and this is an anomaly

But other Outlook users on the same server are OK?
All the Exchange extension addins loaded in her profile (tools, options,
other, advanced, addins)?

Correct.
no other outlook users are encountering this issue
the Delegate permissions add-in is checked and installed
This is an anomaly on the network and very frustrating
This AM she was able to access the pulldowns in delegate permissions
(for inbox/calendar/contacts,etc) ONCE... then they grayed out again

I am not the sysadimin, but we are looking at a way to delete her
Outlook pref file but leave the mail store in tact. Does this sound like
a viable option?

The users don't really do any configuration at all (Tech support sets up
accounts). In this case, the user is on a Citrix Metaframe farm, running
OUtlook 2003 as part of the Office 2003 install on the server. About all
the user does is go in, select user to share calendar with, select
permissions, and go on.

Hers was working fine and now it went south -- but no other user has
reported any problems
