Did the user change delivery location from the mailbox to a .pst file?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

| This is an anomaly on the network and very frustrating
| This AM she was able to access the pulldowns in delegate permissions
| (for inbox/calendar/contacts,etc) ONCE... then they grayed out again
