in all previous versions of outlook, if you customized the toolbar, each
time you opened outlook, the customized toolbar would be there.
in outlook 2003, if i customize the toolbar, all changes are lost each time
outlook is closed.
Must I have VBA code to run on opening outlook and build the custom toolbar
each time it opens?
thanks
