Outlook 2003 Custom Form

Why won't check boxes remained checked when a form is sent to someone after I
complete the form. The form is a customized message form. any help would be
appreciated.

Did you bind each check box to an Outlook Yes/No property on the Value tab
of the control's Properties dialog? If not, Outlook doesn't know where to
save the information.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
