Outlook 2003 contacts to WM

Hello,
How would I copy all my Outlook 2003 contact into Vista Windows Mail?
TIA
 
If Mail doesnt have an Import option for OL Contacts, and both apps would
need to be configured on the same pc for this.
Then in OL export Contacts to a scv file or other file that Mail can import
from
