Outlook 2003 Contacts Sync'd with Outlook 2002 Contacts?

The business I currently work at has a problem. On the Outlook 2002 on one of
the main computers where contacts are entered, has a address for the contacts
as such "outlook:\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\Office Contacts\". How
do I synchronize the outlook 2002 contacts with the outlook 2003 contacts so
that whenever one is entered in outlook 2002, it will automatically appear on
outlook 2003's contact list? I have a full office networked and all but this
computer are 2002. I have already done an update of the contacts manually,
but I want something automatic. Can anyone help me out?

I think you'll have to explain more about what you mean by "the outlook 2002 contacts" and what that has to do with a public folder link. If everyone has access to the public folder, they can all see the contacts there.
