I have my contacts with Outloo 2003 but have Office XP Outlook 2002 on a home
computer. How do I save my 2003 conatcs so that I can import them into my
Outlook 2002? I am new at this so I hope I am doing it correctly.

1. In Outlook 2003 create a new PST in 97-2002 format. (File-New-Outlook
Data File)
2. Copy your 2003 contacts into the new file. Close the file.
3. Transfer the file to your home computer. Ensure Read-Only is NOT checked
and do NOT overwrite any existing pst file.
3. DO NOT IMPORT........
4. In Outlook 2002, do File-Open-Outlook Data File. Navigate to where you
put it.
5. Copy the contacts from that file to your existing file....

Dear Sir, it took me a while to comprehend but I think I was able to do it. I
will test this evening at home. Would it be the same procedure for calendar
and tasks and or the complete personal folders?

Yes, the same procedure for eveything in the PST.
