Outlook 2003 Configuration - First Time

Outlook Client = 2003
Deployment via CIW

On Prostine builds we use a 'Admin Point' Office 2003/Outlook 2003
configuration so that all these builds are standard.
When Outlook icon is clicked, the 'Progress bar appears, and using the
Supplied prf, a profile is built for the User who has logged in. We had used
CIW (Mst file) to have certain default changes e.g. Send/receive settings and
OAB Download unchecked.

When the profile is built and the settings checked, they are not what we had
used in CIW. We delete the Outlook profile, and recreate it, and then the
changes appear.
Can somebody help figure this out as we would like the changes the first
time the profile is created (Pristine Builds)

There has been a problem in scenarios like you describe getting the Outlook Address Book to be added in. Rerunning the .prf file manually should start Outlook with the right mail profile settings.
